The Latest on the Warriors Draft Plans

We are now officially one week away from the beginning of the 2012 NBA Draft! And now that we are coming closer to the day, the Warriors thinking going into the Draft is becoming more and more clear. Up until yesterday one of the Warriors many options was looking to move up in the draft to pick either Harrison Barnes or Michael Kidd-Gilchrist. However, that option has been wiped off the chalkboard because what many insiders are hearing is that the Warriors have not found any deals that merit including the #7 draft pick. The only trades that you can look to see the Warriors make will be using the #35 and 52 Picks to trade up into the bottom of the 1st round, giving them 3 first round draft picks, or trading the #30 and #52 Pick to get into the mid/late first round. Possible trade partners for the Warriors would most likely be either Houston(14,16), Boston(21,22), Atlanta(23), Oklahoma City(27), Miami(28), or Chicago(29). Leave a comment if you have any ideas for trades or picks at any of these spots!
